Deputy | Joint Manager - R&D (Polymers)

EDUCATION: PhD (Organic Chemistry)

WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years

LOCATION: Atul, Gujarat

RESPONSIBILITIES (not exhaustive)

develop new products as per domestic and international market requirements

improve process to reduce variable cost of product, solvent and effluent load

improve quality of existing products to meet global requirements collaborate for technology transfer of identified products from lab scale to pilot and commercial plant

extend technical solutions to cross functional teams

prepare promotional literature like material safety data sheet, technical data sheets and product brochures
