Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.com / M.com  

Experience: 1 to 2 Years 

Job Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat 

Responsibilities:
• Sales/Purchase bill entry
• Debit/Credit Note entry
• Bank Receipt/Payment entry
• Bank reconciliation
• TDS Deduction
• TDS return
• GST return
• Import Export receipt payment entry
• Personal/Commercial Income Tax return filing
• Email conversation
• Correspondence with Banks
• Statutory Audit compliance
• Knowledge of personal accounting for filing Income Tax return
• Banking Relation

 Requirement

Position: QA Head

Qualification: M.sc / M. Pharm  

Experience: 8 to 10 Years 

Job Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat 

Responsibilities:
• To prepare, check and/or approve SOP, Protocol, Reports, etc. as and when required.

• To review Batch production control records, Equipment cleaning records, and Batch packing records

• To provide line clearances at the time of product change over cleaning

• To issue and review/impact assessment of change control, Deviation, and CAPA. 

• To issue and review OOS. 

• Knowledge of all ICH guidelines

• To monitor calibration and PM of critical instruments and equipment. 

• To review completed batch production and analysis records before releasing API. 

• To prepare the Process validation and cleaning validation protocols and reports.

• Develop, implement, manage, audit, and maintain GMP quality systems. 

• Develop, manage and maintain a GMP-compliant document control system.

• Ensure that cGMP requirements and quality standards are recognized, understood, and maintained across the Company.

• Work across all disciplines (e.g., manufacturing, warehouse QC, etc.) to ensure that the Company maintains a state of readiness for inspection by regulatory agencies.

• Lead, manage and ensure proper training for any relevant change management programs throughout the company.

• Ensuring smooth Technology Transfer of product. 

• Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and external and internal customers, concerning quality, service, lead time, and cost.
