Roles & Responsibilties :
• Implementing systems for compliance on IR and Legal matters
• Preparing data for TL-HR to negotiate with Staff Association and Unions
• Redressing employee grievances
• To prepare data for TL-HR to appear before Govt Authorities for conciliation
• Preparation of Salary & Wages budget, training budget etc
• Preparation of Manpower plans
• Preparation of process and creating KPIs
• Preparation of Daily Management tasks and themes
• Implementation of the training plan
• Interface with external vendors and suppliers for the implementation of corporate training or training programs to meet the business needs
