Hiring Aragen Life Sciences Hyderabad Biology Assay Development and Screening

Responsibilities:

Development of biochemical and cell based in vitro assay's using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)

Screening of NCE's using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assay's using different technologies as specified above

Hands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays Preparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assay's

Drafting technical write up's for proposals to be submitted to clients

Experimental record management Laboratory equipment management

Experience: 1-6 years after MSc/M.Tech in an industry set up 

Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)
