Designation: Executive - Protein Characterization

Job Location: Baroda

Department: Proteomics

Key Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations.

The candidate is expected to develop HPLC/UPLC based methods (RP, SEC, ion exchange, Glycan etc.) for protein and peptide product characterization and analysis.

Hands on developing ELISA based methods for protein quantification, HCP and leachable analysis.

2) Responsible for preparation and review of method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).

Educational Qualification:

M.Sc./M.Tech/MS/ M.Pharma in Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biotechnology.
