Process Engineer: Candidate must have 10 to 15 years exp. in Project Management, Execution, Validation, Process & Automation for design of Biotech Plant. Person should have hands on experience for process equipment’s like as Fermenters, Bioreactors, Chromatography, TFF, Centrifuge, Process vessels and Utility system (HVAC, WFI, PW & Pure Steam) as per cGMP requirements. 

Must have exposure for designing of process piping, heat exchanges, process vessel with calculation, flow & heat calculations etc.

Mechanical Engineer: Candidate must have 12 to 15 years exp. In Operation and Preventive maintenance of Utilities – Air compressor, Chiller, Cooling tower, Pumps, HVAC system and water system. 

Person should have hands on experience for process equipment’s like as Fermenters, Bioreactors, Chromatography, TFF, Centrifuge, Process vessels Must have hands on experience on performing PV/PQ of HVAC and water system, preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant and utility equipment.

Instrumentation and Control Engineer: Candidate must have 12 to 15 years exp. in preventive maintenance of Process & Utility equipment’s, Calibrations, qualification of equipment & compliance of 21 CFR SCADA systems, instruments and utilities as per defined procedure.

Must have hands on experience in troubleshooting in areas of SCADA, PLC & instruments, networking, IT & OT network, server & data backup management, knowledge of process equipment’s like as Autoclaves, Bio-reactors, fermenters, Chromatography, TFF, Centrifuge, etc. Calibration of instruments for plant and utilities in SAP.

Electrical Engineer: Candidate must have 12 to 15 years exp. in preventive & breakdown maintenance of Transformer, DG set, HT & LT panels, UPS & battery for critical loads, operation of DG sets with changeover. Must have hands on experience in maintaining power supply for whole site, manage shutdowns and load shedding independently. Must have knowledge of process equipment’s like as Autoclaves, Bio-reactors, fermenters etc.

For above Engineering positions person should have thorough knowledge of QMS and GMP documentation like deviations, change control, CAPA etc. and must have experience of safety procedures & practices like LOTO, use of PPEs, work permits system etc.

For all above positions, candidate having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential.
