Vacancy Details:

Position: Human Resource Department

Departments: Exe./Sr. Exe. -Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for end to end recruitment process in consultation with business stake holders. 
  2. Support HR operations and Talent Acquisition management in executing its strategy.
  3. Participate in project to further develop the Talent Acquisition process.
  4. Perform recruiting activities to attract potential talents, sourcing and employer branding.

Desired Profiles:
  1. Having 2 to 8 year's experience preferably in large scale pharma/ chemical organization.
  2. Enthusiastic to extend knowledge in talent acquisition in terms of business trends.
  3. Good networking, administrative skills. fluent in English and Hindi language.


Departments: Exe./Sr. Exe. - Employee Services


Responsibilities:
  1. Induction, joining & exit formalities including full & final settlement of employees.
  2. Compilation, processing of attendance data in attendance system for salary, leave management 
  3. Upkeep personnel files, PF data, UAN linking on PF site and ensure correct data replication in HRMS.
  4. MIS (Employee records, documentations), maintain trackers.
  5. Working knowledge of SAP / Success factors is preferable.

Desired Profiles:
  1. Having 2 to 8 year's experience in maintaining different kinds of MIS in excel or other software.
  2. Should have analytical ability & problem Solving skills, creative, learning attitude & self development.
