Position: Human Resource Department
Departments: Exe./Sr. Exe. -Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process in consultation with business stake holders.
- Support HR operations and Talent Acquisition management in executing its strategy.
- Participate in project to further develop the Talent Acquisition process.
- Perform recruiting activities to attract potential talents, sourcing and employer branding.
Desired Profiles:
- Having 2 to 8 year's experience preferably in large scale pharma/ chemical organization.
- Enthusiastic to extend knowledge in talent acquisition in terms of business trends.
- Good networking, administrative skills. fluent in English and Hindi language.
Departments: Exe./Sr. Exe. - Employee Services
Responsibilities:
- Induction, joining & exit formalities including full & final settlement of employees.
- Compilation, processing of attendance data in attendance system for salary, leave management
- Upkeep personnel files, PF data, UAN linking on PF site and ensure correct data replication in HRMS.
- MIS (Employee records, documentations), maintain trackers.
- Working knowledge of SAP / Success factors is preferable.
Desired Profiles:
- Having 2 to 8 year's experience in maintaining different kinds of MIS in excel or other software.
- Should have analytical ability & problem Solving skills, creative, learning attitude & self development.
