Position- EHS Executive

Job Location: Dahej

Experience-Minimum 05 Years

Qualification: BE Environment / B.Sc. (Chemistry); PDIS/ADIS preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for handling overall function of EHS Department.

• To implement and monitor compliance with organizational EHS policy and procedures. 

• To comply and monitor various statutory compliance with respect to EHS Function. •Performing Risk Assessment studies such as HAZOP, HIRA and JSA etc.

•Conducting periodic EHS audit, developing action plan for observed non-compliance and follow up for closure of actions.

• Implementation of EMS and OHSAS Management system. Design, Develop and Implement EHS training program.

• Carry out effectively operation & management of Effluent treatment plant, multiple effect evaporators and Hydrodynamic cavitation. Establish and comply procedure for Waste Management System.To support QMS activity.

Leads the execution of environmental parameters as per consent & achieve the prescribed discharge norms in collaboration with contract team members.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of conventional effluent treatment plant. • Knowledge of work permit system, job safety analysis & risk assessment.

• Experience in managing customer and regulatory audits. In-depth knowledge of environmental parameters pH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, MLSS, MLVSS SOX, NOX etc.
