Department- Injectable Manufacturing

Designation- Tech Assistant / Sr.Tech Assistant 

Qualification- Diploma in engineering (Electrical,  Mechanical, Instrumentation) / D.Pharm / B.Sc.

Experience- 2 to 7 Years 

Job Description- 

• Candidate must have Technical exposure and expertise on unit preparation, steam sterilizer and terminal sterilizer
• Should have Sound technical knowledge and expertise in bulk manufacturing of critical products (Solution and suspension);
• Should have exposure in Vial, PPS filling line, isolator, Lyophilizer and related operations of critical areas

Designation- Associate / Sr. Associate 

Qualification- B.Pharm /M.Pharm/ B.Tech  

Experience- 4 to 10 Years

Job Description- 

• Candidate with experience in Sterile dosage manufacturing (experience of aseptic process preferably on Vial, PFS, Bag line, isolators & Lyophilizers) 
• Candidate with experience in handling of packaging operations used for injection packing i.e, cartonator labeling machine, inspection, walk-in cooler

Designation- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Qualification- B.Pharm /M.Pharm/ B.Tech  

Experience- 8 to 12 Years

Job Description-

• Candidate with expertise in automatic Vial, PFS, Bag filling line, Lyophilizer, Isolator
• Should have knowledge of operation, qualification and validation of 21CFR compliant equipment, CSV, aseptic processing, Media fill, smoke study, VHP FDA inspection

Department- Quality Control Sterile 

Designation- Analyst / Senior Analyst 

Qualification- M.Sc Chemistry / M Pharm / B.Pharm

Experience- 2 to 6 Years 

Job Description-

• Exposure of Chemical, Swab analysis, Stability studies, Finished product in Sterile formulations.
• Exposure in analytical instruments like UPLC,HPLC,GC,AAS, UV, FTIR, Osmometer etc
• Good Knowledge about Stability analysis and Chamber Management
• Good knowledge on regulatory requirements and exposure to regulatory audits. 
• Knowledge on Quality control workflow, policies, procedure, and analytical techniques.
