Qualification:- BE/BTECH With MBA
Experience:- 07-10 years
Location:- Pune
Market intelligence, Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Data Analysis, Innovation (In Energy Sector) will be preferred
Responsibility:-
- Tracking national and international business trends which are relevant for PES portfolio. Understanding the macroeconomic factors.
- Policy watch to identify drivers emanating from regulations. Dynamic portfolio analysis and evaluation to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
- Carrying out analytics & a close watch of the current business metrics. Preparing management MIS along with key insights & relevant advisory.
- Working closely with the technology evaluation cell to establish commercial business viability of new technologies.
- Lead strategic projects identified for business and operations. Planning the ABP and SBP along with the leadership and finance department.
- Data mining necessary from the business environment to spot trends, ideas, events that may be relevant to PES.
- Assisting BU head with relevant data points to analyse & draw insights into business performance and provide support in creating and deploying organisational strategy. Support BU head with inputs for various corporate meeting.
- Track & ensure closure/completion of key action points within time frame as decided. Central SPOC for corporate & BU for various data points.
Key Skills:-
- High on communication spoken and written skills.
- Quick response to situations, business planning.
- Ability to deal with senior role holders within and outside Thermax and senior stakeholders of the industry and government.
- Data management, industry connect & networking. Conflict management. Analysis and interpretation.
