●Job Description:-

Operator who has been trained in tasks specific to the business that are minimally transferable elsewhere. Works under close supervision with a daily focus; some previous experience/knowledge required but with skills that are minimally transferable elsewhere

●Skills:-

▪︎Independently managing the process in a shift in the respective area(s) of responsibility

▪︎Taking timely decision on the process operations to achieve optimal efficiency/conversions.

▪︎Ensure desired product quality specification in a shift

▪︎Responsible for safe and efficient operation of the plant and adherence to the Environmental, ▪︎Health and Safety requirements and Policies.

Controlling the process using DCS control system, process chemistry, safety aspects.

▪︎To manage operating and running the equipments like Glass lined reactors, filters, vacuum pumps, Dryers, pumps etc.

▪︎To ensure controlling the utilities system like cooling water, chilled water, steam, compressed air, Power, DM water, raw water etc. Optimize the consumption of utility and other consumables to manage cost within control.

▪︎To manage operation of dispensing of raw materials, batch loading & unloading, packaging, etc.
