Lead - Planning

●Qualification:-

Bachelor of Engineering - Chemical / Mechanical

●Experience Required

Min 4 years to Max 8 years of experience in planning function of Manufacturing Unit

●Description: 

1.Delivery:

• Delivering full quantity at the right time from the unit and 100% commitment adherence.

2.Planning:

• Micro planning based for each product at day level based on production plans

• Campaign planning for multi product plants

• Tracking new order and giving commitment within 5 working days

3.Systems:

• Ensuring updation of the master data related to capacity , campaign , BOM in SAP                           

• Use APO reports for enriching analysis and provide key inputs to stakeholders.

• Track NCM for the unit and coordinate for action plan execution.

4.Communication:

• Giving visibility to sales on status of order execution . Ensuring RM/PM requirements . Giving container schedule to logistics
