●Requirements:-
B.E / B.Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Plastic Engineering.
●Experience:-
▪︎5 to 7 Years of experience in Chemical / Plastic Compounding Industry.
▪︎Good communication and interpersonal skill.
●Location: Jhagadia, GJ, IN, 393110
●Business Unit / Group Function: High Performance Materials
●Work Arrangement: Onsite
●Job Highlights:-
▪︎Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning.
▪︎Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization.
▪︎Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (Yield, Specific Power Consumption etc.)
▪︎Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor.
▪︎Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade.
▪︎Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-confirming products.
▪︎Direct contractual employees at shopfloor.
▪︎Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints.
▪︎Motivate shop floor employees including contract labours to maintain safety and 5S standards across the plant.
▪︎Maintain housekeeping standards in and around plant premises to ensure clean & safe workplace.
