1. Production plan tracking, monitoring and ensuring targets at every fortnight level as per the plan.
2. Workforce and stakeholder management
3. SAP Manufacturing module (Preferable)
4. DCS and MES operations (Preferable)
5. Paint technology (Preferable)
6. Good in calculations - Ratios, proportions & percentages
7. Union management and shift leader
8. MS Excel & Power point.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
BSC/MSC Chemistry -1 to 2 years
