Designation and Department: Sr. Executive / Executive – EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).

Education and Experience: (PDIS/PDIE with 4-8 years of experience in Pharma Industries.)

Job Role: 

1. Responsible for Environment, Health, and Safety; Processes and Plant Safety; PPE rules; Work Permit System; Job Safety Analysis; Incident Investigation; Risk assessment; Environmental Monitoring; Fire Prevention; and Emergency Preparedness.

2. Identify gaps in the implementation of EHS Guidelines, training requirements and ensure the implementation of measures.

3. Coordination with the Ministry of Environment and Forests, the Pollution Control Board, the Factory Inspector, the Effluent Disposal Company, and the Local Industrial Corporation, and submissions of Statutory forms to Government authorities under Legal Requirements.

4. Preparation of a Safety Training Calendar, On-the-Job Training, Mock Drills, a Safety Committee, and a MRM meeting.

5. Review Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Environmental Aspects and Impacts, and Waste Management for all activities.

6. Preparation of EHS/GMP documents, SOPs, CAPAs, Safety Check Lists, Audit Reports, and a Legal Compliance Register.
