Department: QC(Microbiology)

Designation: Jr Executive to Sr Executive

No of Vacancies: 10

Qualification: M.Sc (Life Science)

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Budget: 2.4 lap to 4.2 lpa

1) Sampling of In-Process culture media, Water, Raw and Bulk Material.

2) Environmental Monitoring of Production and Microbiology Area.

3) Fogging in Production and Microbiology Area.

4) Testing of Culture Media, RO, DM and Purified Water.

5) Testing of Bulk Material, Raw materials and In-Process Products.

6) Preparation of Culture Suspension.

7) Calibration of pH meter, Balance and Halogen Moisture Analyser.

8) Growth Promotion Test.

9) Environmental Monitoring -NVPC, Viable and Surface in Aseptic Area.

10) Maintain the Issuance/Reconciliation Record of items and Media.

11) Perform Microbial Enumeration Test (MET) and Product BET (bacterial endotoxin test)
