Job Overview:

Development of products at lab and execution of them at pilot and commercial scale with desired purity, form and particle size

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Performing & monitoring experiments and negative studies in lab, pilot plant and commercial scale.

2. Working on development issues like PSD,BD, Form and crystal structures, etc.,

3. Literature/Patent search related to APIs solid state characterization and polymorph preparation processes for identified products.

4. Development of robust Crystallization process to achieve right purity, form and particle size for both API and intermediate with minimum supervision.

5. Support for lab validation, ensure smooth scale up of crystallization processes from lab to plant for identified projects.

6. Evaluate new technologies for crystallization and powder technologies and new Process Analytical Technology (PAT)/Modeling tools in pharmaceutical development to enhance the existing process design.
