Job Description:
Joint Inspection :
Co-ordinate with marketing department for third party inspection as per customer requirement during dispatch of finished product
Prepare joint inspection report and submit to all concerned.
Pre Dispatch Inspection:
Co-ordinate with plant and marketing department for inspection of each export and key domestic customer as per standard check list.
Ensure right quality in right packing dispatch for each customer.
QC Expenses:
Responsible for managing of expenses as per Budget, indenting, issuance and maintain inventory of QC related item.
Sample Dispatch:
Responsible for timely dispatch of finished goods as well as new grade sample on marketing demand in good packing condition.
Customer Complaint:
Assist QC head in quality related customer complaint if visit customer, prepare CAPA report with concerned department and submit to DH for required action by concerned plant and management.
System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM):
Responsible of internal & external audit, CAPA preparation & implementation, review and revision of IMS document
Monitor quality systems in the section for improving performance as per quality and environmental standards.
Implement IMS 9001, 14001, 50001, SA 8000, OHSAS 18001 & WCM practices & other systems in the Section
Monitor daily abnormalities & take corrective action and implement counter measures recommended during audits
Implement periodic sustainability audits as directed by Sustainability Cell and other audits related to VAP Plant.
Implement corrective action as reported in audits.
Monitor implementation of processes for accident free operations/ Maintenance and compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements
Train the team to handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine leakages etc. under Disaster Management activities
Ensure testing of effluent are analyzed and reported in time for correction action
Ensure safe working conditions & practices and implementation of safety procedures, audit point’s measures & ensure training on safety measures
Comply with factory, boiler, and environmental related statutory requirements related to Quality function
Encourage employees for participation in Kaizen, Suggestion Scheme, etc. and ensure implementation of audit findings.
Industry to be hired from :
Pharmaceuticals and Chemical industries .
Chloromethane plant experience is added advantage.
