Job Description Of Amneal Pharma 

1) To perform impact assessment of change control.

2) To initiate Change control in Caliber QAMS software as per need basis.

3) Track change control request status logged in the caliber system.

4) To ensure timely closure of action assigned as per change control in coordination with the stakeholders.

5) To review of closed action for appropriateness and completeness

6) To summaries the action plan and closing of change control.

7) To prepare periodic QMS trend reports/ summary reports as required.

8) To prepare periodic status report and notify the status to management.

9) To prepare redline documents as needed.

10) To follow SOPs and other quality procedures to ensure GMP compliance.
