Job Description For Jubilant Ingrevia
Location: Nira Tal Purandar Dist Pune 412102
Qualification & Experience: BE / B Tech – Chemical Engineer with 3 – 5 years of experience in Continuous chemical process
Key Responsibilities
1 Operating the plant as per the instruction of the SIC.
2 Operation and cleaning of equipments used in the process area.
3 On line monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.
4 To note down all the plant reading regularly.
5 Taking raw material transfer.
6 Loading / unloading of the material from drums, tanks and receives as per the instructions.
7 Collecting all the process samples as per instructions of shift in-charge along with all necessary safety precautions.
8 Safety of man and machine and house keeping of the plant.
9 Ensuring strict adherence to the permit system.
10 Operating knowledge of Continuous chemical process.
11 Working knowledge of Reactors
12 Adherence to quality / Safety norms.
13 Knowledge of DCS / PLC based plant operation.
