Job Description :

1. Ensuring that batch charging is done as per Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP)
2. Monitor the maintenance jobs
3. Doing chemical handling by his own hand.
4. Follow instructions given by Panel officer and shift incharge.
5. Ensure work is being done by helpers and the abide to all the safety norms
6. Follow the safety norms to achieve zero breakdown
7. Carry out sampling process and send the samples to QC for analysis
8. Controlling the process parameters on field
9. Look after the manpower handling
10. Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents
11. To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)
12. To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives
13. Report any near miss / incident or any non compliance
14. Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors

Required Competencies:

1. Basic Knowledge of distillation, filtration,drying, scrubber operations.
2. Handling of various gases like Chlorine, bromine, AHF.
3. Knowledge of tanker loading,unloading of toxic,flammable chemicals.
4. Hands on experience of handling various acids and toxic chemicals
