(We are recruiting for Formulations Manufacturing plant at Ahmedabad)

Zydus Pharmaceutical Job Vacancy Details: 

1) Quality Assurance

Senior Executive to Assistant Manager - (IPQA) B. Pharm/ M. Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in IPQA activities such as line clearance, in process. sampling of in process and finished products swab sampling and review of BMR for manufacturing and Packing line in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities

2) Warehouse

Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma / ITT with 4-12 years of relevant dispensing and handling of materials. experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz: receipt, storage.

Technical Assistant (Dispensing) Diploma in Engineering/ Pharmacy with 4-12 years of relevant experience in raw material dispensing activities.

Executive to Dy Manager (Dispensing) B.Sc/ M.Sc./ B. Pharm graduate with 5-12 years of experience in handling all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS OMS, qualification & MES/ automated dispensing System Candidates should have exposure to USFDA/ MHRA and other regulatory audits

Assistant Manager to Dy. Manager BSc./ MSc/ B. Pharm graduate with 5-15 years of experience in handling warehouse activities. Candidates should have exposure to handling raw material, packing material and dispensing activities good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities, well versed with SAP especially in MM module with WMS The job requires handling: expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory and should have exposure to USFDA/ MHRA and other regulatory audits

3) Engineering

Technician Diploma/ ITI/ ITI (Refrigeration) with 3-8 years of experience in water system /utility/ HVAC BMS/ electrical (HT. LT panels)/ process equipment

Assistant Manager to Manager BE / B.Tech (Mechanical/ instrumentation/ Electrical/ Civil)

Water System: BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) with 8-12 years of experience in water system such as RO/DI. pre-treatment purified water generation and distribution System MCDP PSG WFI distribution system

HVAC+ BMS BE / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 8-12 years of experience in maintenance of air compressor, chiller and water system.

Civil: BE/ B.Tech (Civil) with 8-12 years in civil, preparation design, 000 planning. scheduling and supervision of all new projects.

Process Equipment (Mechanical) with 8-12 years of experience in maintenance of OSD equipment used in process such as granulation, compression packing etc

4) Production

Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy with 3-8. years of experience in operating machines Uke granulation (ACG Glatt, Tapasya GEA), wurster coater (ACG, Glatt. Dhara, Anish), fitzpatrick roll compacton compression machines (Fette, Korsch), coating machines (Glatt ACC Ganson) performing line clearance and operating and cleaning of equipment/instrument / auxiliary items

Executive to Dy. Manager: B Pharm/M. Pharm with 3-8 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like granulation compression and QMS Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment instrument and auxiliary Items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating OMS activities (change control, deviation. CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities. Candidates must have exposure to regulatory audit

5) Packing

Technical Assistant (Operator) Diploma / D.Pharm with 4-10 years of relevant experience in operating machines for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line and blister line. Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance operating and cleaning of equipment monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction and receiving, arranging, storing and maintaining the material movement of packaging material
