Position: Environment Manager
Experience: 10 - 12 years
Qualification: B.Tech Chemical/ Bachelor's degree in chemical/ Environment or equivalent/ PG degree in HSE or Environment

Job Description
Purpose Statement
Responsible to plan, comply and benchmark all the environmental practices as per the specifications and guidelines of the regulatory bodies
Key Role & Responsibilities
Perform daily plant rounds as per check list, collect round findings & communicate to corporate head/ managers
Play a supportive role to operations of EMS system (ETP/RO/MEE/scrubber/Hazardous waste management / OCMS system ETP outlet/stacks) & support for daily trouble shooting of EMS system
Plan visit of Authority (GPCB/CPCB/MoEF) & submit details to authority
Support Zone for implementation of Authority observations points
Support Managers who are working at corporate level
Perform daily monitoring for EMS system (ETP/RO/MEE/scrubber)
Prepare & attend Audits of ISO 14001, 9001, OHSAS 18001, Sustainability & Responsible Care (RC) etc
Apply for Environment Awards
Prepare & submit various report to Authority (MoEF/CPCB/GPCB) -CREP Compliance report
Conduct Environmental Audit and submit report to SPCB, environmental statement, Monthly Report, GPCB/CPCB/MoEF questioners, consent & authorization conditions compliance, Half yearly Environmental clearance conditions compliance
Create awareness of EMS system operation (ETP/RO/MEE/scrubber) & Environmental legal in all units through internal (self)/external training to the employees
To ensure adherence to safe environmental practices
