Qualification: BE/ BTech Chemical

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Description

Knowledge Of P & ID, PFD, MOC, PCSR, HAZOP, RCA, MOC

- Prepare And Update The P&ids (piping And Instrumentation Diagrams) & Pfds (process Flow Diagrams) For All The Plant Processes

- Prepare & Modify The Sops (standard Operating Procedures) & Changes Thereof As Per Requirements

- Initiate Moc (management Of Change), What If, Pssr (pre-startup Safety Reviews), Hira (hazard Identification And Risk Assessment) As Per Process Requirement In The Plant

- Prepare & Maintain The Documentation For Various Hazop (hazard Operability) Studies And Follow-up For The Implementation Of Recommendations

-Conduct Rcas (root Cause Analysis) For Incidents If Any, And To Work On The Implementation Of The Findings With Team

- Contribute Towards New Projects As Per The Process Requirement W.r.t. Planning, Detailing & Execution

- Ensure The Adherence Of All The Process Safety Parameters"
