ADAMA Job Vacancy Details: 

1) Role: Pilot Plant Operator (Third Party Payroll)

Location: Hyderabad

Team: Technology Transfer, Scale-Up Study Lab & Pilot Plant

Qualification: Diploma/ ITI in Chemical Engineering or BSc in Chemistry/ Industrial chemistry from a reputed college/ university

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in a reputed agrochemical, fine chemical, pharma, batch process chemical industry (DCS controlled function preferred).

Earlier experience with the activities of a pilot plant function.

Role & Responsibilities:

Handling hazardous chemicals in the production process. Acquainted with the usage of PPEs, safety equipment & extinguishers.

Ensure adequate & appropriate chemical handling during batch charging, unloading, and transportation.

Ensure all safety precautions and industry standards are always followed. Check the chemicals for their ingredients, weight, temperature, and other controlling parameters.

Storing and labelling the chemicals in the correct containers & places.

Identify & report field issues in the batch processes & oversee the quality of the production process.

2) Role: Trainee Chemist (Third Party Payroll)

Location: Hyderabad

Team: Synthetic Organic Chemistry Lab

Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic chemistry or General chemistry)

Experience: 0-2 years

Process Development experience would be an added advantage (Active agrochemical ingredients/ Active pharma ingredients/ Fine chemicals/ CRO industry)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Sound theoretical knowledge of Organic chemistry.

• Execute small, medium, and large-scale experiments independently.

• Knowledge of Purification + Hands on experience would be an added advantage.

• Monitoring the progress of the reaction using chromatographic techniques (Checking TLC - Rf).

• Interpretation of analytical data (NMR, Mass, IR, trend analysis of HPLC, GC data etc.).

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chemical structure drawing software is an added advantage.
