Position: Deputy General Manager-Production
Qualification: BE & B. Tech(Chemical)
Experience: 10+ years of Experience in continuous process fatty alcohol, stearic acid plant of an oleo-chemical manufacturing unit.

Your Roles & Responsibilities
Managing business operations with key focus on bottom line profitability and satisfaction by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Monitoring overall operations engaged in production planning including coordinating for manpower management, supplies, and uptime of equipment.
Keeping track of the production capacity and allocation of machinery.
Ensuring adherence to Quality systems, maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete process quality and improvement in process capabilities.
Experience in SMR hydrogen generation and hydrogenation processes.
Ability to trouble shoot the day-to-day issues.
Ability to train shop floor people on plant operation, process safety, and change management requirements.
Monitoring production cost and take initiative to reduce costs.
Accumulating data related with capacity utilization of various machines, productivity, service levels of the plant, outgoing product's quality, and rejection trends.
Ensuring execution of preventive maintenance schedules/shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble-free and seamless plant operations.
Assisting in internal audits and risk assessment.
Coordinating with different departments such as Purchase, Engineering Services and Quality to ensure as per plan delivery.
Ensure implementation of health and safety strategies
Critical Skills:
Troubleshooting
Working in high temp high pressure processes.
Experience in reformer
Knowledge of latest production technologies in Oleo-Chemicals industry
Practical knowledge of Chillers, compressor, reciprocating pumps
Experience of 5S and GMP practices
ISO documentation & Quality Management Systems
Team leading capability
Communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive approach & Innovative thinking
