Qualification – B.sc / M.sc / B.Pharm / M.pharm  

Job Description

1. To implement and ensure the compliance of cGLP and cGMP in the laboratory and ensure testing is carried out as per STP.

2. To ensure adequate training is imparted to all concerned personnel in GLP. 

3. To prepare and check all STPs / SOPs / GTP's Specifications and protocols when required.

4. Management and monitoring reference standard, Impurity standard, working standards and primary standard. 

5. To review the Analytical reports and all log books used in routine analysis with corresponding entries before release of Raw Material, Packaging Material, In-process, Validation sample  Finished Product and Stability Study Raw Data and function as a "QC reviewer".

6. To review the electronic data of chromatographic and non-chromatographic analysis in QC.

7. To execute calibration planner & Monitor the calibration of QC Equipment.

8. To Analyze the Analytical Results Trend Data.

9. To monitor & Implement the Chromatography compliance as per GLP requirement and compliance to Data Integrity at all level. 

10. To prepare the job responsibility of QA/QC personnel when required.

11. To review the All kind of Qualification Documents pertaining to Laboratory Instrument / Equipment.

12. To carry out inspection, investigation, and taking of samples, in order to monitor factors this may affect product quality. This will be done for incase of market complaints, product recall , out of specification, OOT, incident etc.

13. To carry out internal audit in cross functional departments

14. To participate in external audit i.e. vendor audit, PTL audit and in validation program.

15. Ensure compliance with data integrity and ALCOA principle.
