Position: Research Scientist I - QC & MT
Work Location: Bhiwadi
Job Function: R&D
Age: 25 - 30 Years
Experience: 6 - 9 Years
Qualification: M.Sc, M.Tech/ M.E., Phd/ Doctorate. Chemistry & M. Tech - Analytical
Roles & Responsibilities :
Follow the practices and procedures as laid down by statutes.
Follow systems for knowledge capture.
Identification of improvement areas in subordinates.
Interact with synthesis division for firming up the analytical requirements and propose analytical methods to meet the requirements.
Propose patenting options and ways to take care of existing patents.
Support the piloting and troubleshoot problems. Interact with TTG and design analytical methods in consultation with TTG to take care of problems in piloting.
Support the plant commissioning and troubleshoot problems. Interact with process design, TTG and design analytical methods in consultation with process design and TTG to take care of problems in plant commissioning.
Plan experiments in consultation with process design, TTG and IPR as and when needed.
Carry out literature search. Study the literature. Evaluate and propose analytical methods(s).
Planning the resources (man & machine).
Check the analytical results and reports. Troubleshoot the problems in analytical methods and propose directions for further work.
Key Skills
nsure accurate analysis of samples in time.
Ensure that laboratory work is carried out in a safe manner.
Ensure that equipment are in working condition all the time.
Ensure that analytical division complies with relevant statutes.
Ensure that knowledge generated is captured in an easily retrievable form.
Ensure that PLM system is implemented.
Enhancing the capability level of R&D personnel.
