Requirements:
Qualification : B.Pharma
Total Years of Experience : 8 - 12 Years
Experience in Zydus : Min. One Year
Key Job Description:
1. Issuance of new log books from QA and retrieval of the executed log books.
2. Review and submission of the monthly documents and log books.
3. To carry out and ensure environmental monitoring (Temperature, Relative humidity and Differential pressure) in area.
4. To carry out and verify calibration and verification of balances as per SOPs on defined frequency.
5. To check specified in process parameters during processing as per Batch Manufacturing Record and SOP.
6. To coordinate for implementation of Quality Management System documents.
7. To coordinate with engineering person for smooth operation of equipment’s.
8. To ensure the coating and inspection of batch as per mentioned procedure in respective Batch Manufacturing Record and SOP.
9. To ensure the compression and inspection of batch as per mentioned procedure in respective Batch Manufacturing Record and SOP.
10. To ensure the inspection of batch as per mentioned procedure in respective Batch Manufacturing Record and SOP.
11. To ensure the manufacturing of batch as per mentioned procedure in respective Batch Manufacturing Record and SOP.
12. To ensure the receiving, usages, inspection, return, polishing and destruction of the punches as per procedure mentioned in SOP
13. To ensure the transfer of semi fished material from processing area to quarantine and record the entry.
14. To ensure the transfer of semi fished material from processing area to respective quarantine and record the entry.
15. To follow and maintain the safety practices.
16. To maintain good housekeeping practices in the department.
17. To maintain the area cleaning as per SOPs.
18. To maintain the individual and operators training records as per training programme.
19. To prepare, revise and implement the SOP and Batch Manufacturing Records.
20. To receive compressed tablets and coated tablets from quarantine area and maintain the entry.
21. To receive compressed tablets and dispensed raw material from respective quarantine area and maintain the entry.
22. To receive dispensed raw material from dispensing and ensure transfer in Dispensed raw material room.
23. To receive released blend material from Blend Quarantine and ensure the transfer in respective compression cubicle.
24. To record the readings in the Batch Manufacturing Record and sequential logs.
25. To review the Batch manufacturing records as per applicable.
26. To train the workman.
27. To transfer the semi-finished material from processing area to respective quarantine and record the entry.
28. To verify the challenge test of equipment’s as per applicable.
29. To verify operation and cleaning of the equipment’s as per SOPs.
30. To verify the challenge test of equipment’s as per applicable.
Experience / Exposure in: Knowledge of all Manufacturing operations (Granulation Compression Coating)
