POSITION: SENIOR MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL
LOCATION: INDIA - AHMEDABAD
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
M.Sc. / B.Pharma / M. Pharma with 17+ years experience Pharma industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Responsible for establishing and ensuring analysis, approval / rejection of starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk & finished products as per validated Pharmacopoeia / In – house method, approve and monitor all contract analysis for Oral Dosages Forms and LVP facility.
2) Responsible for ensuring training and effective implementation of current Good Laboratory Practices.
3) Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate validations, including analytical procedures are done and in place.
4) Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment.
5) Responsible for ensuring all necessary testing and stability studies are carried out for ODF and LVP facility as per the approved specifications and applicable guidelines.
6) Responsible for ensuring that the specifications and the testing methods are in line with the latest guidelines and applicable pharmacopoeias
7) Responsible to approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods & other Quality control procedures.
8) Responsible for ensuring required initial and continued training of quality control personnel were carried out and adapted as per requirement.
9) To assist in the investigations related to the laboratory, product failure, incidents, and Risk assessments.
10) To ensure the compliance of the Quality Management System and CAPA effectiveness related to testing of RM, PM, FG, and Stability.
11) To monitor and report quality control progress, notify any discrepancies or potential concerns to the Quality control Head.
12) Support the development of quality control goals and targets as part of the organization’s strategic plan.
13) Maintain active role in internal continuous improvement initiatives.
14) Participate in new product transfers/ internalization projects for creating specifications, standard test procedures and method transfers.
15) Responsible for training and implementing all document in the Quality Control laboratory related to ISO/ IEC 17025
