POSITION: FRONTLINE ENGINEER - PHOSPHORIC ACID

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Chemical

Experience:4 to 7 Years

Location: Vilayat

Job Description::

✓Evaluate and finalise P&IDs.

✓Continuous Process

✔Timely finalization of process equipment's in coordination with engineering departments.

✔Prepare and implement the SOPs of various processes.

✔Timely and smooth startup of the plant.

✔Ensure optimum plant capacity utilization Critically review and analyze reasons for various Plant performance.

✓Ensure set operation parameters and consumption norms.

✓Monitoring plant performance and critical process parameters on day-to-day basis

✔Planning for the plant shutdown, execution of shutdown jobs, procurement of materials through, inventory control, warehouse management are part of the responsibilities

✓ Ensure continuous identification of potential cost saving areas in the department review improvement proposals and its timely implementation Timely implementation of Capex schemes.

✔Ensure implementation of IMS & WCM practices & other systems in the plant ✓ Review audit reports and plan for improvement, Experience of continuous process plant will be added advantage.
