Looking for a Section Head, Mechanical Maintenance - Power Plant

Experience- 6 to 10 years

Education- B. Tech Mechanical

Location: Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh

Job and responsibilities:-

1. Managing the maintenance activities in the power plant end to end:

- Ensure implementation of PM maintenance module in SAP to know equipment maintenance performance. - Benchmarking of KPI & performance indicators with other similar plants within the business & group.

2. Annual shut down maintenance of plant & machinery within budgeted cost & time: -

 Annual maintenance job planning, Review & approve jobs bar chart with time bound schedule

- Materials planning & ensure availability of materials on time.

3. Maintenance Cost Management:

- Identification & estimation of energy conservation schemes and improvement projects along with schedule.

- Optimize energy cost with special focus on auxiliary power by regular monitoring of equipment performance.

-Source feedback from internal & external customers & identify improvement potentials for reduction maintenance cost.

4. Improvement Project & Budget:

- Identification of the improvement projects by comparing equipment performance with design data.

- Preparation of Annual Maintenance budget & plan. Making CAPEX proposal for improvement initiatives..

5. Review Standard operating procedures & Standard maintenance procedures:

- To ensure that the safety standards and requirements are made an integral part of each and every activity carried out.

- Review the SOPs & work instructions with inputs from the direct reports and considering all the critical aspects of the job -Set performance target & KRAS and conduct performance assessment, training need identification of team members.
