Position: Front Line Engineer- Technical Service

Experience- 3 to 6 years

Education- B. Tech Electrical

Location:  Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh

Job and responsibilities:-

1. Production/ Operations:

- Ensure smooth operation of all sections DCS operation, Maintain critical parameters like differential pressure, Caustic concentration and temperature, brine temperature.

2. Maintain quality of the product to meet Internal/ External customer requirements:

- Maintain process and quality parameters as per SOC.

- Maintain in-process parameters to meet customer's quality requirements

3. Control cost of production to achieve production within budgeted cost:

- Stringent control on process parameters, timely control deviations from DCS for optimization of chemical consumption

- Ensure running equipment's at optimal Level, Control any idle running of equipment's.

4. Ensure optimum Energy Consumption:

-Maintain RPM setting of all VFDs at optimum level, Monitor and control cells Parameter for optimum cell power consumption. & Maintain Cell Temp./ Gpl/ Conc. as per OEM for minimum power consumption.

5. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM):

- Strictly adhere to safety norms & safe operational procedures, Strictly adhere to PTW Procedure, Implement IMS, WCM and sustainability practices, Handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine leakages etc. under Disaster Management activities, train the shop Floor team to comply with these norms & Maintain process systems having zero effluent and zero accident.
