Alembic Pharma Walk In Interview For Production/ Packing/ QA/ QC/ - Multiple Position 

Walk In Interviews at Vadodara organised by Alembic Pharmaceutical Limited on 17.09.2023 (Sunday) for its manufacturing sites based at jarod/ Panelav/ Karakhadi near Vadodara.

1) Executive Production (API)

Criteria:

• M.Sc./ B.E-B.Tech (Chemical Engg.)

• Must have 2 to 5 years of experience

• Must have handled critical equipment like reactor, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multi- mill, etc.

Job Role:

• Ensure that the products are manufactured as per the cGMP. Maintain documentation as per regulatory authorities requirement like change control, deviations.

• Highlight technical problems and take corrective actions.

• Maintain safety practices.

2) Executive to Technical Officer Production/ Packing (Derma)

Criteria:

• M. Pharm/ B. Pharm/ DME/ ITI

• 2 to 7 years of experience

Job Role:

Production

• Handle equipments like Cream(Adam)/ Ointment Plant, CIP Systems, different types of Vessels (Mfg., Slurry preparation, Wax melting).

Packing:

• Manage machineries like Norden, Swastik filling machine, Cartonator, Labelling and Track and trace system

3) Executive to Technical Officer - Production/ Packing (OSD)

Criteria:

• M. Pharm/B. Pharm/DME/ITI

• 2 to 7 years of experience

Job Role:

Production:

• Manage granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling area.

Packing:

• Manage blister packing, bulk/bottle packing, documentation, Track and Trace and serialization.

4) Executive-Production (Injectable)

Criteria:

• M. Pharm/ B. Pharm

• Must have 2 to 5 years of experience

• Aseptic practices and good documentation practices are must.

Job Role:

• Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ ophthalmic / PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/ SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, active freeze drying System. Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification and maintenance of solution preparation systems.

5) Executive - Quality (Derma, OSD and API)

Criteria:

• M. Pharm/ B. Pharm/ M.Sc.

• 2 to 5 years of experience

Job Role:

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure line clearance, reviewing of BMR & BPR, handling shop floor QMS document.

• Ensuring shop floor compliances and handling of investigation.

Quality Control:

• Exposure of analysis for finished product, stability samples and raw material.

• Handle instruments like HPLC, GC,UV-visible/ IR spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES.
