Biological E. Limited is hiring for R&D Downstream Processing Polysacccharides

Position: Manager

Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ M.Sc (Lifesciences) 

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Location: Shamirpet Hyderabad.

Job responsibilities:

Manage the downstream operations efficiently Planning, and execution of R&D experiments and participation in GMP material manufacturing

Preparation, of protocols, SOPs, BPRS other quality documents. Filling the Protocols/BPR process documents on time.

Data mining, sorting, and escalating the results or observations to the next level and presentation.

Active trouble shooting to minimize the various risks prior to execution and during execution.

Preparation, revision and review of Batch Manufacturing Records.

Preparation of general validation protocols and report, Performance qualification documents Materials readiness, preparation of buffers and ensuring the pre-requisites for the batch (GLP/CGMP)

Internal and external communication - to procure the materials, get the results from QC, raise requests to CFTs

Organize and maintain the DSP documents in a filing system.

Preparation Quality/regulatory documents for the submissions

Competencies required:

Hands-on lab experience and awareness on cGMP & CGLP. Experience on the purification of polysaccharides/proteins and virus-like particles

Preparation of Documents (BPR/MFR/Deviations/Change etc) control and ability to summarize the results based on data, independently

Experience in Biochemical analysis of protein and polysaccharides and Analytical techniques. Ability to optimize the purification process and conduct the experiments as directed by the line manager.

Ability to coach team and to work under pressure

Proven troubleshooting skills in biomolecules

Preferable to have EHS -related exposure.
