Calling all FRESHERS to seize this chance! We are on the lookout for candidates with exceptional communication skills for a role that demands strong communication abilities.



Experience: 0 - 2 years (Graduated in 2021, 2022, or 2023)

Department: MICC - Medical Information Contact Center

Male candidates are preferred for these positions.

Qualification: B Pharm/ M Pharm/ BDS/ Pharm D only (Others, kindly refrain from applying).

CTC: INR 18,000 per month (with deductions), no night shift allowances.

Skills Required: "Excellent Communication Skills & Subject Knowledge"

No cab facility, provisional education certification is mandatory.

Must be willing to work night shifts (9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).

Relevant Experience:

1 to 2 years in MICC (Other PV Experience can apply if interested) with a CTC for Experienced candidates up to 5 LPA.

Sound knowledge of handling Medical Information Inquiries & Complaint Management.


Designation: Drug Safety Associate – I

Responsibilities: Handling voicemails, inbound/ outbound calls for Adverse Events, Product Complaints, Medical Inquiries, and more.
