Position: QC Officer/ Sr. Officer
Experience : 1.5 Minimum to 6 Years
Salary : Upto 2.5 lacs Yearly
Upto 6 Lacs Yearly
Notice : Upto 30 Days / Immediate Joiner
Note : Prior experience in pharma will be prefer
Work Location: Ankleshwar Gujarat
REPORTING TO: Head QC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform analysis as per specification and testing method.
Perform all QC activity as per defined SOP and document it on time.
Is responsible for Daily calibration and as per schedule calibration of QC instrument.
Is responsible to prepare and maintain the sufficient quantity Standard solution, Reagent and volumetric solution.
To perform raw and packing material sampling, analysis and paste approved label after review of protocol.
Is responsible for preparing and updating specification and method as per pharmacopeia or customer basis.
Is responsible for preparation of certificate of analysis after analysis and review of protocol.
To assist the Head QC for investigation of OOS results.
To maintain the stability chamber for temperature, humidity and recording.
To ensure that Laboratory cleaned as per frequency as given in SOP.
Is responsible for stability sample charging and analysis as per schedule.
Is responsible for analysis of in-process. Raw Materials, Packing Materials and finished product sample on time.
Responsible for sampling and analysis of water.
Responsible for sending sample to outside approved lab for analysis in which facility is not at site.
Maintain glass ware, Chemical and Reagent stock for regular use.
Responsible for to inform about any OOS, Deviation, incident Related to analysis to Head QC.
Responsible for informing any out of calibration (OOC) to Head and help in investigation.
Responsible for to arrange to collect lab waste in specified container and send for destruction to ETP.
Maintain and update QC related reference books, monographs, standards, regulatory guidelines.
Is responsible for arranging of all chemical segregate and store as per SOP.
Is responsible for to follow Safety rules in lab.
At the time of internal audit, customer audit or regulatory audit provide support for documents and required information.
Must follow defined basic GMP and compliance requirement within the company premises.
To ensure usage of proper PPE’s (Personnel Protective Equipment) wherever required.
To control waste generation and spillage of reagents, chemicals etc during analysis.
To Support the head of department in the environmental management work and reporting to head of department with regard to how the environmental management work is continuing.
