Position: Process Engineer - PP
Work Location: Pune, India
Join our CT_MTCS team within Chemtech division in India as Process Engineer - PP.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Perform process simulations for systems including Distillation, extraction columns, evaporation, other unit operations
Assist Sales by participating in Pre-Sales meetings with prospective customers including technical presentations.
Participate and review in timely development of Technical and Process Part of proposals and Flow diagrams as per requirement of business.
Participate in project kick off meetings.
At post order stage Prepare Basic engineering data sheets and Process flow diagram and PIDs.
Perform Commissioning of Plant and deliver the performance as engineered.
Follow ISO Procedures while performing Job and Design Procedures.
What you bring to Sulzer:
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience with a Chemical Engineering degree.
Specialization in either Plant Engineering /Piping and instrumentation Design.
Extensive experience of dealing in Chemical Process Plants /Pharmaceutical Plants /Agro Processing /biofuels
Effective computer skills Microsoft office software and other discipline specific software
functions esp process simulators like Aspen / ProII / Chemcad / Hysis, HTFS / HTRI
Should have handled extensive project co-ordination activities among various departments like Sales , Process , Equipment mechanical Design ,Piping, instrumentation and commissioning teams while handling a Process Plant project.
