We have an immediate requirement for a Manager or Sr Manager (Manufacturing -BFS/ FFS) for VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad, for the below-mentioned position.
Department: Manufacturing (BFS/FFS)
Designation: Manager or Sr Manager

Qualification: M. Pharma, B. Pharma, M. Sc (Life Sciences)
Experience: 14 to 16 years
Budget: 14 to 16 Lpa
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Involved in Machine set up, Mold change over and operation of FFS/BFS filling machine.
2) Involved in Compounding Tank, Holding tank Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification
3) Involved in Compounding Tank, Holding tank Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification
4) Involved in CIP and SIP Validation as per protocol.
5) Online documentation and timely entries of all operations and activities
6) Line clearance During batch and product change over
7) Status labelling of container, equipment and materials
8) CIP, TLCIP, SIP, TLSIP, ISIP of FBV, ISIP of SV and Part filter SIP of Mixing vessel and Holding vessel. Monitoring the area cleaning and equipment as per frequency and its documentation
9) Should be involved media fill activities.
10) To check maintenance of department and equipment
Should be familiar with disinfection procedure as per SOP.
