We have an excellent opportunity for Junior /Assistant Officer for Scale up Aditya Birla Chemicals

Location :- vilayat, Gujarat

Department :- Scale up

Designation :- Junior Officer / Assistant officer 

Experience :- 1 to 3 years of experience in scale up

Qualifications :- M.sc (Organic Chemistry)

Job Description :-

 1 Responsible for analysis of all new grades and products.

 2 Need to work in shift in pilot plants if required.

 3 Understanding of operation and daily up-keep for lab equipment such as titrators, GC, HPLC, viscometers, colour scale meter, conductivity meter, BOD, COD analysers, etc related to analysis of Epoxy resins and hardeners.

 4 Responsible for preparing documents of technology transfer related documents to be hand over to QA from Scale up.

 5 Knowledge of validation of  new test methods obtained from product developers and other QA units in the advanced materials business. Co-ordination with product developer for ensuring accurate transfer of information from product

 6 Validation of reference samples of new products.

 7 Maintain records and data of the quality parameters and batch data of new products (initial 10 batches). After 10 batches, the product data would be taken care by the chemist responsible for regular grade analysis

 8 Study of applications and the application test of new products as per product developer requirement.

 9 Tolling samples analysis at Vilayat and Toller site.

 10 New grades will include , grades produced at Thailand and Germany now transferred to Vilayat, polyester, polyamides, etc.

 11 Support to R&D chemist for analysis as and when support is required.

 12 New product samples to be sent for validation at R&D (Product developer)

 13 Training to be provided for new test method (if any).
