Position Title: Section Head - Process Engineering - Innovation
Designation: Assistant Manager
Location: Vilayat, Bharuch(Gujarat)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Chemical
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Industry to be hired from:
Chlor Alkali or Caustic Soda plant experience will be added advantage.
Job Description:
• Leading process improvement and changes:
• Study process related problems in all CAP & VAP plants to achieve continuous improvement in safety, environmental compliance, yields, manufacturing costs, product quality and reliability.
• Develop innovative solutions, study the feasibility and ensure implementation of process improvement plans targeting the objectives
• Provide sustainable systems and solutions of process engineering standards for all manufacturing plants.
• Work closely with all department heads and Function heads to understand the process related issues on shop floor.
• System Management:
• Provide all process solutions keeping in mind of accident free operations/Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance of all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements.
• Identify and facilitate implementation of best safety practices for plants.
