We have an excellent opportunity as a Frontline Officer - World Class Manufacturing at Grasim Chemical Division, Vilayat.

Dept: Safety (WCM)

Designation: Officer / Senior Officer

Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in core WCM in manufacturing Industry

Qualifications: BE / B. Tech in any stream

Job Responsibility:

Well understanding and exposure of WCM systems and process implementation.

To promote process oriented approach to multiple product lines

Develop an Integrated approach for various systems management such as ISO, Sustainability solutions, WCM, DuPont etc.

Ability to change mindset of employees.

Plan, Propagate, Facilitate and coordinate the World Class manufacturing concept across the organization to achieve world class standards in all spheres of management in the organization.

Ensure effective implementation of WCM Roadmap in the Unit in accordance with unit strategy & CWCM guidelines

Carry out periodic internal assessment through scheduling, ensuring corrective & preventive actions .

Support to auditors in developing auditing skills WCM Secretariat to work as centralize cell to expedite all support.

Preparation and finalization of various Award applications, apply for Awards and attain the same.

Must have experience in Kaizen, Operational excellence, 5S, World Class Manufacturing
