Position: Associate Sr. Research Scientist/ Senior Research Scientist

Qualification and Experience -

PhD +2 years or MSc +5 years Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Life Sciences or Immunology

Location: Genome Valley, Hyderabad

Job Description -

Be involved in the design and execution of in vitro assays for small and large-molecule biochemical screening services; this would include identification and optimization of the right assay and assay formats (both low and high-throughput screening assays) and validating the assays using pharmacological tools.

Develop cell-based assays and conceptualize novel assays to establish MoA.

Conducting cellular experiments for readouts like ELISA, Western blot/IP assays and flow cytometry.

Perform mammalian cell culture techniques like isolation of immune cell subsets and cell-based immunological assay development using primary rodent and human immune cells.

Ensure the highest data quality and integrity standards and be accountable for result interpretation and report generation.

Analysis of raw data, interpretation of results and report data in a timely manner.

Preparation of slides and presentations to external collaborators in a timely manner.
