Looking for female aspirants for multiple vacancies having experience in Formulation OSD from Regulatory market with digitalization as key skill.

1) Department: Production 

Designation: Head

Qualification: M.Pharm/ MBA

Experience (in Yrs): 18-20 Years

Expected Skillset: 

Manage production operation of the unit as per plan Obtained equipment qualification required to start the production. Followed world class practices using tools like TPM/ TQM/ Lean Six Sigma.

Worked in automated plant with atleast 80% automation level, Ex: Integrated lines, Cobots/ Robots/AMRI's/ ASRS etc.

Faced USFDA/MHRA audit or similar customer audit in food industry.

2) Department: Production 

Designation: Manager

Qualification: M.Pharm/ B. Pharm/ B. Tech-Chem.Engg

Experience (in Yrs): 12-15 Years

Expected Skillset: 

Ensure manufacturing activities are carried out as per the production plan in coordination with CFT departments (SCM, QA, QC, Ware house and Engineering. Handled written procedures and other documents, including amendments.

Trained the Operators and other personnel working in manufacturing area of respective equipment's with respect to operation, cleaning procedure & Personnel Hygiene.

Faced Internal Audit, Customer Audits and Regulatory Audits and to ensure no critical and Major observation.

Handled Change controls and CAPA's, Out of Specification (005). Out of trend (001), Deviation, Incidents and Market compliant investigations. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concept
