We are having multiple vacancies in Microbiology department for our API Manufacturing facility at Mekaguda (near to Shadnagar)

Only API experience can be considered.

1) Department : Microbiology

Designation : Asst. Chemist / Chemist

Qualification : M Sc (Microbiology)

Experience : 02 to 04 Years

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible to perform MLT Analysis.

· Responsible to BET Analysis.

· Media preparation

· Environmental Monitoring

· Method Validations of MLT & BET.

2) Department : Microbiology

Designation : Manager / Senior Manager

Qualification : M Sc (Microbiology)

Experience : 15 to 20 Years

Only API experience with Regulatory exposure can be considered.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for implementation of Good Laboratory Practices at Microbiology Department

· Responsible for planning and control of microbiological activities

· Preparation, Review and Approval of documents pertaining to microbiological Practices, Procedures and Validation Protocols & reports.

· Responsible for training and qualification of analysts to perform tests like MLT, BET, Water analysis and Environmental Monitoring etc.

· Review and monitor the qualification and re-qualification of instruments like steam sterilizer, incubators, HVAC, LAF, Bio-safety Cabinet etc. Environmental Monitoring.

· Responsible for timely release of Environmental monitoring, MLT, BET, Water Analysis test and reports.

· Procurement of lab consumables, equipment’s, and accessories.

· To co-ordinate with QA department for implementation of QMS i.e. change control, Deviations, OOS and OOT results.

· Laboratory Information Management (LIMs) sample allotment, data verification and approval.

· Responsible for facing internal and external (customer and regulatory) audits.
