Ratnatris Hiring For Assistant Manager - Production (Injectable)

Position: Assistant Manager - Production (Injectable).

Qualification: B.Pharma/ M.Sc with 6-10 years of experience)

Work Location: Ahmedabad

Job Description: 

1. Handling of small volume parenteral.

2. Daily and monthly production planning. Ensuring planned versus actual output.

3. Ensuring cleanroom monitoring (temperature, humidity, differential pressure, particle count).

4. Routine checking of BMRs, daily records, and submitting them to QA.

5. Prepare monthly statistical data and presentations, including trends as per SOP for NVPC, Temperature & RH, Interventions, Critical Alarms of Machines, Audio-Visual Alarms, Batch Rejection Trend, etc.

6. Initiate and handle deviations, incidents, and change control, including investigation.

7. Handling equipment such as Depyrogenating Tunnel Validation, Autoclave, Vial/Ampoules Filling Machine, and Manufacturing Vessel.
