ZCL CHEMICALS LTD, a group of Advent international, is Hiring for Below Position: 

Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive - PPIC/ SCM

Location: Ankleshwar.

Qualifications: Any graduate or Post graduate: Having Min 4-7Yrs. of experience from API Pharma only

Work Profile:

Demand and Supply Planning (MPS and S&OP) :

To consolidate demand forecast from Business and to co-ordinate with Production team to build up supply plan. Support cross function to maximize sales value.

Co-ordinate with Production for batch allocation and sharing information to QC and QA time to time to facilitate dispatches and approval processes.

Co-ordinate with Marketing, Production, QC, QA, Regulatory and Procurement to facilitate planning process.

Material Planning (MRP) : Planning and scheduling of raw materials deliveries and end to ensure raw material availability. Periodic review of coverage and taking actions to minimize inventory.

Inventory Planning and Control: Publish inventory projections month on month and monitoring of inventory, identify and publish non-moving and slow-moving inventory and action plan.

Reporting: Prepare, monitor, and publish various reports- Plan Vs Actual production, Plan Vs Actual dispatches, monthly OTIF performance, demand vs supply performance, forecast fidelity, forecast changes, and inventory reports.

Budgeting: To prepare budget kit for demand, supply, inventory and occupancy and raw material requirement and support to facilitate budget process.

SAP: and To increase utilization of SAP for reporting and provide support as required - complete knowledge of SAP for materials management and PP, SD is must.

Microsoft Excel: Must have good practical experience of Excel formulas and others (data mining, calculations, and analysis, reporting, etc..).

Microsoft Office – PowerPoint and Word document – should have good skill for preparing required document and presentations.

Cross Functional Co-ordination: Interact and co-ordinate with Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Logistics and Marketing/ Commercial/ Business to facilitate the dispatches in timely manner and as per Marketing priority.
