POSITION: SR EXECUTIVE QUALITY ASSURANCE
Education :M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 4 to 6 Yrs in CRO
Job Profile
• Compliance with the OECD Principle of GLP
• Test Facility Audit including TFM / Study / Process / Facility based audit
• Audit and Documentation of all, study plans and SOP in use at TFM
• Verification & Documentation of Study plan contains the information with the GLP principles
• Audit/ inspection (Study/ Facility/ Process based & Data audits) to ensure Studies conducted are in compliance with GLP principles
• Inspect final reports to confirm Methods, Procedures and Observations are accurately and completely described, and reported results accurately and completely reflect the raw data of the studies.
• Review SOPs before use to assess their clarity and compliance with GLP principles
• Prepare/Review SOP's / Inspection/Audit program / Vendor evaluation
