A) Job description:-

1. To execute vendor Audits, CAPA tracking and its qualification documentation.

2. To schedule and monitored the Vendor Audits.

3. To prepare and review the Risk-based assessments for Vendor Audits.

4. To perform and track the Vendor Qualification Compliance and review.

5. To co-ordinate with the cross-functional departments for Vendor Audits.

6. To review, approve and extend the Q info for new and existing vendors.

7. To track, review and maintain Vendor agreements and confidentiality agreements.

To face and handle the Regulatory Audits at manufacturing sites.
